The negotiated rate is £82.95 per room. This rate is inclusive of VAT and breakfast, which consists of a buffet offering Full English Breakfast and Continental Breakfast choices. There are special family rooms, which can accommodate children. Cots are available for babies. There are also dedicated rooms, where the beds can be separated to form 2 twin single beds. A number of specifically equipped rooms are available for special needs and there is easy access for wheelchairs. The double rooms offer a king size bed. Please indicate your requirements when making the booking to avoid any disappointment. All rooms are air-conditioned, offer complimentary tea/ coffee facilities and have hair dryers.

The King's Cross Premier Travel Inn is situated about 3 minutes walk from King's Cross underground and mainline station, and is only 2 stops on the Piccadilly Line of the underground from the university, where the conference will be held. To reach the hotel:
You need to travel to Kings Cross station. If flying then from Heathrow the underground (Piccadilly line) goes directly there and the journey takes about 45 minutes. If travelling by any other method then you need to get to central London (routes will be clearly signposted) and connect with the underground to get to Kings Cross. Upon arriving at King's Cross Station exit and follow the road next to Boot's on the corner just outside the main entrance of King's Cross Station. You should see the sign of the hotel, which is around 30 metres away.
If driving then exit M25 (J16) onto M40. Follow signs for the City and exit Euston Road following one way system to York Way. Pay and Display facility is available and there is also a NCP Car Park near the hotel.
Special arrangements have been made for the delegates of the conference to use the facilities of the business centre of the hotel to access their emails free of charge. There are also facilities for small meetings.
As an alternative then if you wish to use bargain basement accommodation then try the university student accommodation. Available for £23 per night.
